2 sweet potatoes
1 head of broccoli
½lb green beans
1 bunch asparagus
1 English cucumber
1 head celery
2 red bell peppers
1 quart strawberries

1 whole chicken

1. Roast one whole chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper
2. Roast two potatoes or sweet potatoes
3. Cook one cup of quinoa in two cups of vegetable stock
4. Boil and peel six large eggs for breakfast
5. Steam broccoli, green beans and asparagus for salads
6. Chop peppers, celery and cucumbers for snacks
7. Rinse and mix berries
